This is a world class carving By Ben A. Heinemann of a decoy duck. It indicates #61951 Sullivan Illinois.

It appears to have been handsigned by Ben A. Heinemann, but note it has water spots that have blotched that signature.

One other flaw that I noticed is at the very end on the bottom of the ducks beak there appears to be a knick and it is white where the black should be. Really not noticeable from a normal front view.
