Dave Stavely Miniature Canvasback Wooden Flyer Duck Decoy Easton MD 1982
A wall plaque flying Canvasback miniature duck decoy. The back board is 10 1/2 inches tall and 7 inches wide. The decoy is about 6 1/4 inches long. It is in very good, original paint. Has a stress line visible where the neck was attached to the body.
Signed and dated on the back by the maker. Made by Dave Stavely 1982. It has cut metal reeds attached also. Made to hang on the wall.
Stavely passed away several years ago. He carved some great decoys in all shapes and sizes.
