Handsome flying redhead drake duck handcarved and painted by Casey Edwards in his antique/vintage style. Casey understands that not everyone can hang his 3-D "flyers" from the ceiling, so here is a wall hanger. This drake redhead has it all... An uplifted, turned neck and head, cupped wings in the setting position, flared tail, and splayed feet extended from the body. It is carved hollow, with carved and painted feather detail, and even though it hangs on the wall, this flyer is carved on all it's sides with great detail, and is angled downward banking in for a landing.

It is situated on a beautiful white birch branch with lots of character. The piece is 20 tall, and the redhead is life-size at 16" long, and 20" wing tip to wing tip.
