Illinois River Mallard Drake wooden decoy possibly Perdew Vintage
This decoy is mostly repainted or overpainted. Please look at the pictures because it is what it is. This decoy is probably made by somebody famous like Charles Perdew or some old Illinois River carver. The original paint can be seen underneath in may spots. The head may have the original paint, I just don't know enough to say.
The head is a really nice snakey style. Head is solid and intact. Weight has been taken off of the bottom of the decoy at some point in time. The decoy is about 16 and weighs 1' 12oz. I think it's hollow.
