Irving Fulcher Outer Banks NC Bluebill Scaup Drake Duck Decoy Carteret County
Carver learned his skill from his father, Charlie Fulcher along with. Family members Mitchell Fulcher and Homer Fulcher. This decoy is in well used condition, his neck is cracked with an old repair (see photos) but still attached firmly. The bottom is carved with the initials IF and TJO, he measures 13.25 from beak to tail. Feel free to ask questions!
