Vintage and rare Hoosier Call & Decoy Company Owl, Delphi, Indiana. Probably from the mid to late 1930s. Cloth / canvas body stuffed with straw. Has a few small holes. The feet are mounted to a wooden block which happens to fit right inside this duck decoy stand.
