Rare & Exceptional Old 1870-1890 Dodge Decoy Company Drake Bluebil Wooden Duck
This is an exceptional old Dodge drake glasseye bluebill by the Dodge Decoy company of Detroit, Michigan. That would make this old warrior over 120 years old as the Dodge Decoy company made these fine examples of American craftsmanship from the 1870's through the 1890s. Dodge decoys are becoming very hard to find and very collectible.
It appears to be in excellent original condition and paint. He has glass eyes and all of his neck filler. He has a couple of small wood flaws in the bottom which are pictured.
The paint is in very good with only minor wear as seen in the pictures. Please check out the pictures and shoot me any questions you have.
