Antique hollow body duck decoy, Great Form, folk art
Very old two piece hollow decoy found in Maine and probably made in New England. Wonderful form, especially head and bill. Seam is tight in spite of age and obvious gunning use. Body is held together by old oxidized nails. Appears to be a small amount of filler and touch up on top of head and under bill.
