Charles Hart Gloucester, MA Black Duck Decoy
1940's Tack-eye all original Black Duck Decoy by Charles Hart of Gloucester, MA. He is best known for his famous standing Flapping wing black duck decoy. All original and retains part of the anchor line. Very nice feathering and deep dark green Speculums. Bill is painted two tone green and black. Has his well known trade mark carved diamond Shape nostrils. One flaw is the back near the tail. A filled in knot hole about the size of a quarter and touched up.
