Listed is a hollow-carved ruddy duck hunting decoy, made by legendary decoy maker, Delbert "Cigar" Daisey of Chincoteague, VA. The decoy was never rigged with ballast weight, or anchor-line ring, but easily could be. This is not a smaller ornamental piece that you may have seen mounted to a piece of wood. The photo's pretty much tell all. The carving on the bill and feathers is FANTASTIC. 11 inches bill to tail.
