Listed here is an excellent early Yellowlegs shorebird from the Delancy Nichol Rig out of Long Island, New York circa 1900. Nichol was a known gunner on Long Island. A rare find and beautiful early bird!
BB shot holes in bird from being gunned over. Approximate length tail to tip of Bill 12.
