Takai of New Orleans LA in 1989. This decoy has finely delineated feathers and exquisite painted details with inset glass eyes. Signed with carved signature R. LA, 1989 on bottom of decoy. Measures 6 3/4" high, 16 1/2" long and 5 1/2 wide.
This nice decoy is in very good Estate condition with beautiful paint, however, there is a chip on the curled feathers on top of tail and to tip of tail feathers (see photos). Overall, the condition is graded very good.Please note that we are not decoy collectors, however, we can't help but appreciate the quality and workmanship of this cute miniature decoy.
