This is Leboeuf at its finest! This decoy is in its original paint and comes complete with the original bottom weight and line tie. This decoy has definitely been lightly gunned, and would sure look great on the water! This is a very hard to find decoy in excellent condition, don't miss out on this rare opportunity!
In excellent plus plus condition. Lightly gunned but overall very nice with minimal wear from hunting use, see photos. It has a tight but stable neck crack that doesn't go the whole way through, likely grain separation, that doesn't detract from its appearance. Check out the photos for the best description!

Leboeuf decoys were made from cedar using basic hand tools to shape his bodies and heads. Using a penknife, Leboeuf carved in the feather detail on the back and the head of the decoy. His decoys are unmistakable and his painting skills were equally impressive to his carving detail.Leboeuf carved many species, bluebills, goldeneyes, a few puddle ducks, anda few canvasbacks. This deocy is one of those rare cans!
