Scarce Bill Simpson Peterborough, Ontario 1950's Bluebill Duck Decoy Tully Infl

One of the nicest Bill Simpson bluebills I have run across. I have had it in my collection for some time. Simpson was a hunting partner of Bud Tully, and the Tully influence is clear in this decoy.
