Antique Illinois River pintail drake duck decoy carved by William "Billy" Shaw. Outstanding form, very detailed carving. Looks to be in original paint, with some possible gunning touch ups. Old neck crack, but very stable. Old lead strip weight still attached on bottom. Just an unbelievable form that catches one's eye.
