Vintage/antique matching pair of hand carved solid wood duck decoys: probably Black Ducks -- brass plated steel'tack eyes' -- head is carved separately from the one-piece body -- decoys measure app. Long -- has characteristics of a lower end'tackeye' Mason decoy -- one is signed on the bottom possibly by the carver. One has a few small chips and overall wear from time -- the second has a large chip at the end of the tail and the head is loose: it swivels -- weights on the bottoms are probably not original -- -.
