Vintage Decoy Goose Carved Wood Handmade Painted Signed 1960s Exceptional 24×11
It was carved from 1 solid piece of wood, so it is quite heavy. It was made in the 1960s. The Artist was quite skilled, with both the Carving and Painting. Each feather is distinct, and delicately painted. The Mark is branded into the wood, on the base. Also a Hand Signed Makers Mark, under the neck. Good condition, with Expected wear of a Vintage item. There is paint wear on 1 side. The reverse side has very little wear. The Painted Surface is solid and secure. The Decoy measures a Large, approximately 24" long, and measures approximately 11" high, to the top of the head. This Decoy displays beautifully, in any decor or setting.
