Condition : slight paint scratch (green area) on lower neck , right hand side. A couple of paint spots (white) showing on left front and side; No cracks or missing wood chips. MALLARD HEN: In original paint. Head slight turn to right.16 ½ inches by 6 5/16 inches by 5 ¾ inches high. Condition: No cracks or missing wood chips. This pair of Anger Mallards were never rigged for hunting but were acquired in 1951 by Mr. Sherwood who lived in Dunnville and shared his love of water fowling and decoys with his neighbour Ken Anger; as told by his son Chriss.
Sherwood has since passed away and the family has decided to sell off these decoys as well as other hunting collectables.
