It is in all original paint, although there could be some very minor touch-up on the head around the eyes. The bird does show some wear from use with some paint loss evident on the body. Some putty loss around the tack eyes. These Mason shorebird decoys are tough to find in this condition. Rothwell is carved into the underside. See Mason Decoys by Goldberger and Haid, pages 102-105 for similar examples. Measures 11 long from the tip of the bill to the tip of the tail. Measures 9 tall on the stand.
