EASTERN SHORE OF MARYLAND: Matched vintage pair, full-sized, of Ward Bros style 1936 canvasbacks in original paint with slight neck seats, turned heads, glass eyes, carved nostrils & bill delineations, plump body with gentle cambered back to rounded chime and overhang tails, inward sloping breasts, flat bottom, simple basic feathered paint patterns that have mellowed with age, slight rat-chew damage to hens brow and l/s tail, without neck cracks, repairs or touch-up. These decoys have age and are not in Ward paint; possibly roughed out blocks or rejects. These are a great looking pair of vintage decoys, that as is, or with slight touch-up, will look like a million bucks sitting on the shelf! Box, I will need an alternative street address.
